The signing of Agreements highlights the Business Mission to Russia

Within the scope of its participation in the Russia– Africa Economic Forum, CTA signed three Memoranda of Understanding on last Wednesday, 23, in Shochi, with the same number of Russian institutions, namely: ALLWE, Roscongress Foundation and All Russia Public Organization. The Agreements were initialled by Agostinho Vuma, President of CTA, who led a delegation of 12 businesspersons from various industries, specially from Energy, Civil Construction, Tourism and Extractive Industry.

The Memorandum entered into with ALLWE, a Russian company for foreign trade promotion, aims to develop mutually beneficial forms and conditions for partnership between Russian and Mozambican companies. Under this Memorandum, ALLWE shall provide CTA with information on the nomenclature of the main products exported by Russia, modern developments in Russian industry, promising projects and other details that may come to the interests of the parties for the better interaction and solution of economic problems.
On the other hand, CTA will provide information on the interest of various structures and companies in the implementation of economic projects in Mozambique, the terms, legal and/or administrative procedures to facilitate the development of business cooperation.
In the light of the Memorandum signed in Sochi with the Roscongress Foundation, an institution of economic and social development and the organizer of international conventions, exhibitions and public events, it is intended to establish a platform for mutual advisement, exchange of information and specialized support, exchange of information to expand the network of partnerships and strengthen business cooperation and consolidate communication between Russian and Mozambican companies.
And with the All Russia Public Organization, the cooperation will focus on creating and strengthening business relations; in identifying new areas of economic cooperation; exchange of business information that could stimulate trade relations; and collaboration in the organization of fairs, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, summits, business meetings, business missions and other related events.
